Announcing the 2021 Corporate Alumni Benchmarking Report survey for alumni program managers.

For the last six years PeoplePath has conducted the annual Corporate Alumni Benchmarking Survey in order to bring valuable insight to the industry in an annual report. We have learned about common goals amongst programs, alumni motivations, what they value, and how much the industry has grown in recent years. This is the industry’s most thorough and academic overview and we invite you to share your experiences and take the 2021 Corporate Alumni Benchmarking Survey whether you run a mature program, are just starting out, or are considering creating a program. This year includes new sections surrounding alumni program activity, responsibility and compensation for alumni managers, and activities across programs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This survey is a collaboration between PeoplePath and researchers at the UBC Sauder School of Business. While the report will be co-published, data collection and analyses will be conducted by researchers at UBC Sauder. Information from this survey will be aggregated and anonymized prior to reporting. No one outside of the UBC researchers will have access to the survey data, including PeoplePath.

This survey is targeting those responsible for directly managing corporate alumni programs in organizations. If you’re not currently in this role and/or know of others who might be able to contribute, we would appreciate it if you would share this survey with other corporate alumni managers.

We expect this survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Responders will receive a $10 USD gift card to Amazon.com (or a donation made to a charity of their choice) and exclusive access to some information not being released publicly (an email will need to be provided at the end to receive these).
